We were very grateful to have Trish and Bob Hartwick on our team for looking for a seasonal home in Petoskey. They listened, providing their honest opinions about properties we looked at. Emails and phone calls were responded to promptly, and their advice in the negotiation process was valued. It's a daunting process, especially in subfreezing temperatures and snow in your face every day, and they were the best guides we could have asked for. We have bought more than a few houses over the years, and this was far and away the best realtor experience we have had. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rank Trish and Bob as a 20. They went above and beyond all expectations-from trimming trees to blowing leaves for us. Immediately after signing on with Trish and Bob, they scheduled 2 open houses for us with great results. They were absolutely terrific!
