Trish did an excellent job in marketing our property and, with the help of her realtor husband Bob, they helped make our experience as stress-free as possible. She brought the buyer and we felt she did a good job in advocating for us despite her dual-agent status. We ended-up getting significantly more for our home than two other local agents suggested we would. Closing and occupancy transfer went smoothly as well. Availability/support was consistently good throughout, with Bob filling-in when she was not available. Her local experience and familiarity with the market is exceptional. Overall it was a great experience, and we highly recommend her.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rank Trish and Bob as a 20. They went above and beyond all expectations-from trimming trees to blowing leaves for us. Immediately after signing on with Trish and Bob, they scheduled 2 open houses for us with great results. They were absolutely terrific!
